Please be cautious if ordering for a specific event as we cannot guarantee delivery by any certain date. Name smocked item require personalization. Add your name/phrase in the personalization box on the product page. Ensure it appears with the product at checkout. Only items that say customizable have the option for personalization. 

14 characters or less look best, and for the trees we suggest 10 or less  

PLEASE NOTE: Name Smocked items are handmade and the lettering will not be perfectly uniform. Please pass on name smocks if this will bother you. 

Please note that all items are handmade and can vary slightly All of the measurements are approximate. All knit clothing has a 3/4' variance and woven clothing has a 1/2' variance.

We are unable to alter your order in any way once it is placed/paid. This includes, but is not limited to changing and/or adding monograms, updating sizes, altering quantities, & etc. The only exception to this is when a name smock item is left blank as it requires personalization.
